My career spans 15 years at a CPA firm managing financial statements, tax returns, and audits, followed by a decade serving as an HR Director and several years as a full-charge bookkeeper.
Today, I use that deep well of knowledge to provide a comprehensive, one-stop solution for small businesses. I love helping business owners clean up messy books, get organized, and achieve absolute accuracy.
Because I have worked across a wide variety of industries, I understand the unique financial hurdles you face. From routine sales tax and payroll tax preparation to guiding you safely through workers' comp or state tax audits, my business is here to protect yours.

Jake Dettinger, CPA
Licensed CPA with 20 years of accounting experience and 15 years of financial leadership. I help small businesses strengthen their finances through reliable bookkeeping, strategic advisory services, and part-time controller and CFO support.

My experience includes bookkeeping, auditing, budgeting, and serving as a controller, budget director, and CFO. I have worked with businesses across a variety of industries, including professional services, manufacturing, and banking.

Greg Dettinger
With over three decades of leadership across education, public service, and entrepreneurship, I bring a hands-on perspective to helping people build successful businesses. A retired educator with 31 years of experience, I served as a high school principal and Assistant Director of Transportation for a large school district. I later served as a County Commissioner in rural Utah, chaired government committees, collaborated with Congressional leaders, and contributed to state and national county government associations.

My career began in the U.S. Air Force as a Law Enforcement Specialist, followed by service as a bilingual Spanish-speaking officer with the California Highway Patrol. I also owned a successful video broadcasting business for 13 years and served as President of the Utah Association of Videographers.
​
A dedicated community member, I bring over 24 years of sports officiating and coaching experience, including high school and collegiate athletics. Today, I work as a color commentator for local high school sports broadcasts.

I have served my country, state, and community for over 40 years, and I look forward to serving you!
Bookkeeper and aspiring accountant
Matthew Dettinger
Matthew brings a unique blend of dedication, specialized expertise, and a personal touch to our team. As the youngest of seven children and a proud uncle to 21 nieces and nephews, he believes in treating every client like family.

A Life Scout and dedicated BSA leader, Matthew has a strong background in community service, volunteering, and church leadership. He is also passionate about sports, running, music, and singing, having earned the top position on his high school cross-country team and performed in several musicals.
​
After completing a two-year, full-time mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Matthew gained valuable bookkeeping insights by working with entrepreneurs and a specialized accountant serving real estate agents. He now applies this knowledge to help clients streamline their finances and minimize tax liabilities.

Matthew is currently studying accounting and business management at Snow College and will continue his education at Utah State University. He is excited to bring his real estate bookkeeping expertise, academic dedication, and commitment to service to the family business.
